NAME
synclient - commandline utitlity to query and modify Synaptics driver options.
SYNTAX
synclient [-m interval] synclient [-hlV?] [var1=value1 [var2=value2] ...]
DESCRIPTION
This program lets you change your Synaptics TouchPad driver for XOrg/XFree86 server parameters while X is running.
This program provides two mechanism: via input device properties (default) and via a shared memory (SHM) area. SHM must be enabled through SHMConfig "on" in your XOrg/XFree86 configuration.
WARNING: The SHM mechanism is not secure if you are in an untrusted multiuser environment. All local users can change the parameters at any time.
